83 Woodworks LLC ("83 Woodworks," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and the 83 Reimagine design-preview tool. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and the outside services that help us operate it. It does not apply to any other business or website.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you choose to give us directly:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), project type (optional), and any project notes or message you write to us.
• 83 Reimagine: the project type, style, door style, color/finish, glass-accent preference, and any "what would you like to change" or "what should stay" notes you provide, along with the photo of your space that you upload.
• Continuing from a Reimagine concept: if you choose to reach out to us about a Reimagine concept, the name, email, phone, and message you provide at that point are linked to that design session.

Information Generated Through 83 Reimagine

When you use 83 Reimagine, we generate an AI-based design preview image from your uploaded photo and your selections. If you submit that concept to us as part of an inquiry, we store the generated image together with your original photo and your selections as part of that inquiry.

Automatically Collected Information

To operate 83 Reimagine responsibly, this site uses a single anonymous session identifier, stored in a secure, browser-managed cookie. It lets the tool recognize an in-progress design session and apply reasonable usage limits, and it is not used to track you across other websites or for advertising.

We also process basic technical request information (such as your IP address) solely to detect and prevent automated abuse and to enforce fair-use limits on 83 Reimagine.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies on this site.

How We Use Information

• To respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential project.
• To generate your 83 Reimagine design preview.
• To detect and prevent abuse, spam, and security issues.
• To maintain and improve this website and the 83 Reimagine tool.
• To send an internal notification to our own team when a new inquiry or Reimagine design is submitted, so we can follow up with you.

Service Providers We Use

We rely on a small number of outside services to operate this site and 83 Reimagine. Each one receives only what it needs to perform its specific role — never more:

• Vercel — hosts this website and the server-side functions that power it.
• Supabase — stores submitted inquiry information and privately stores your uploaded and generated Reimagine images in non-public storage.
• OpenAI — receives your uploaded photo and your structured design selections solely to generate your 83 Reimagine preview image.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile) — helps confirm that a Contact or Reimagine submission is coming from a real visitor rather than automated abuse.
• Upstash — stores short-lived, non-identifying usage counters (for example, how many previews a session has generated) used only to enforce fair-use limits. It does not receive your photos, design selections, or contact information.
• Resend — delivers an internal email notification to 83 Woodworks' own inbox when a new Contact or Reimagine inquiry is submitted, so our team can follow up with you.

Photos of Your Home

A photo you upload to 83 Reimagine may reveal details about the interior of your home. Please only upload photos of spaces you are authorized to share, and avoid uploading photos that include other people, personal documents, or anything else you would not want included in a design preview.

How Long We Keep Information

If you start a Reimagine design but never submit it to us, that draft — along with its uploaded and generated images — is automatically deleted after approximately 7 days.

If you submit an inquiry through the Contact form or by continuing from a Reimagine concept, we retain that information for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up on your project, maintain our business records, and meet our security and legal obligations. We do not currently apply a separate fixed deletion schedule beyond that.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes. We share information only with the service providers listed above, and only as needed for them to help us operate this site and respond to your inquiry.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us, including private (non-public) storage for uploaded and generated images and encrypted connections between your browser and our services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
